    This is very interesting. I did not know that you could add vegetables to oatmeal. I had always known it as a breakfast meal. I will start getting more creative with oatmeal from now on 🙂
    I think I would prefer steelcut oatmeal. I prefer to eat the whole grain version. Although I do not really mind gluten, the fact that steelcut oatmeal is gluten free is still good to know for when I have guests.
