If your double the serving size which is more equivalent to an average bowl of oatmeal, that is 54 grams of carbohydrates that will provide nothing but great energy to tackle every house chore or gym workout later in the day.

I have started eating oatmeal every day for the past year and a half, and it has positively transformed my body health wise and physically.
