Recipe #1: Banana Fig Vanilla Smoothie
1 Medium Banana
3-4 Organic Dried Figs
½ Cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almondmilk
1 small drop Organic Vanilla Extract
3 Ice Cubes
Pour almond milk into the blender.
Take the banana and peel it, cutting it into half-inch slices.
Take the figs and cut off the top stem, then cut in half.
Cut off the top stem of the figs and split in half.
Fill up the blender with the almond milk.
Add bananas and figs evenly into the blender.
Add the peanut butter in the center of the mixture.
Add a small dusting of cinnamon.
Add 3-4 ice cubes.
Blend on high until creamy and smooth.
Pour into a glass, add extra cinnamon dusting on top and enjoy!

Boiling sweet potatoes in the oven can be a great way to cook them in a fast and secure manner while keeping their texture into place. Cooking time is approximately 30-35 minutes.
Place cut potatoes in a baking pan filled ¾ of the way with water, salt and cinnamon if desired.
Cover top with aluminum foil ¾ of the way.
Place in the oven at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
Remove lid and place back in the oven for another 15 minutes or until the water evaporates.
Let it cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
Roasting Sweet Potatoes
Roasting sweet potatoes is the overall best way of cooking sweet potatoes. It is golden brown with a crispy outer side, followed by a soft tender middle that gives off its intense sweet potato flavor. Cooking time is approximately 30-35 minutes, depending on size.
Place cut potatoes in a bowl and toss with salt and oil.
Place on a baking tray and into the oven at 350 degrees for 20 minutes
Take out and stir/flip the potatoes.
Place back in the oven and cook for another 15 minutes until the outer side is golden brown.
Insert fork. If it slides in easily, the potatoes are done.
Let it rest for 5 minutes and enjoy!

It’s hard to find headphones that can last more than 6 months, I had been through the struggle. When I first brought these headphones, I was concerned about them lasting a long time, but after using them every day, I was shocked by these Otium headphones being very durable. A few things to note, however, is that if you press the button repeatedly, it will sometimes make the phone redial the last number that you called unexpectedly.

If you take good care of them on a day-to-day basis and charge them fully after the battery dies, you will have a good chance of keeping them for a good year or two.
