Dandelion tea is not a replacement for a healthy lifestyle, but it is a very beneficial addition to your healthy lifestyle. Even though Dandelion Tea can be helpful to health, it can be some side effects that may possibly occur if taken in the wrong fashion.

For example, If you pick dandelions that have been sprayed with chemicals and pesticides, it can be very hazardous to your body. So make sure that you choose clean, freshly grown dandelions. Also, if you’re allergic to plants like ragweed, then the tea may not be suitable for you.
